I am a Christian therapist, and I work with individuals, couples, and families. I spent years as the mental health supervisor for Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge. Now, I work with adults and adolescents who are grieving, healing from trauma and PTSD, going through role transitions, and trying to understand how they can find fulfillment through value-based living. I see mental health from a holistic framework that incorporates both emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I have a deep understanding of how addiction and mental health correlate, and I also work with those recovering from spiritual trauma or living with anxiety.
