Sometimes we find ourselves in circumstances we never thought we’d be in. Part of living is accepting and managing life’s challenges and changes—both the good and the bad, as best we can. Although such experiences are often inevitable, it doesn’t mean they are easy. I am passionate about helping people navigate through any situation that is causing disruption and emotional pain. I believe everyone has the potential to heal and my goal is to provide support through the entire process. Together we’ll explore difficulties, identify strengths, and develop strategies to bring you to the place you where want to be.
