Welcome. I am so glad you're here. I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred, co-created space that allows us to show up authentically, get curious, and engage vulnerably. I have many years of experience working with both adolescents and adults. But it is the year spent in the ICU with my son in 2005 that wields the most influential significance on my life and work today. That year I learned life is fragile, life is hard, and it often feels unfair. However, I also learned there is beauty to be had in community with others and compassion for myself. I imagine you've had your own share of hard life experiences.
