I work with individuals. My clients are adults who are navigating life transitions, challenges, and stressors. This includes young adults navigating the transitions of college, starting careers, and engaging in relationships; new parents navigating all the changes and challenges of becoming a parent; adults with past traumas that continue to impact their present-day life; individuals experiencing overwhelm in their lives, and struggling to understand where these feelings are coming from and how to manage them. Your needs are important. We will work together to understand what those needs are, and how you can meet them.
