Each individual possesses, within themselves, the resources needed for positive change. Sometimes, we just need a little help finding them! I work alongside clients to help them gain insights into themselves and their lives that allow them to access those resources and become the version of themselves that they desire to be. Using a trauma-informed, collaborative approach, I help clients explore how their life experiences have shaped their perspectives and affected their mental health, and I help them to identify changes they would like to make in their lives and within themselves.
