When you're feeling alone, overwhelmed, or stuck counselors come alongside you to help sort through the mess inside. I bring 20 years of experience in working with kids, teens and parents. I am skilled to create safe spaces where play, art, games, or tossing a ball are used for important therapy moments. I love seeing kids believe the best about who they are, develop new skills, and grow in their understanding of healthy relationships. I bring parents and caregivers into the therapy process, supporting continued progress at home. I champion the parent/child relationship. I see kids, teens and adults. Training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) points me towards a focus on relationships. Like lights on the dashboard of your car, emotions signal you to pay attention to what's happening on the inside. I am trained to help you understand the signals within your relationships.
