I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and find greater peace and fulfillment. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore what you’re struggling with and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I am a good listener and strive to be warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate in my work. Together, we will work at your pace to figure things out.
