As a licensed professional counselor, I have been working successfully with teens and young adults for more than 18 years in a variety of settings. I believe that healing occurs within the therapeutic relationship. My approach to helping people become their healthiest selves involves finding out what is working in their lives and help strategize about how to expand those positive aspects.
