About

I work with individuals ranging in age from adolescence to the elderly. I have worked with clients who have a wide variety of experiences from Anxiety and Depression, Attachment and Boundary issues, Grief, Trauma, Addictions, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. I believe counseling is successful when both the client and the therapist work together to develop goals that the client feels are best for them to achieve the client's desired change. My goal as a counselor is to help my clients heal emotionally and to grow in learning more about themselves mentally and emotionally.
