Hi, I'm Laura Jennings, LCSW-C. I work with clients from teenagers through adulthood, helping those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, family challenges, stress and other complex concerns. During therapy sessions, I take a flexible, supportive approach. It is deeply rewarding to see clients release the burdens of the past and step confidently into a more hopeful future.
