I am passionate about using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness to assist clients in recognizing and overcoming challenges they face. With experience in both home care and outpatient settings, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through various life transitions. My work and experience extend to adults navigating chronic health issues, caregiver stress, grief and loss and working with healthcare providers.
