By fostering increased awareness, acceptance, and skills, therapy can spark transformation. Clients have described me as compassionate, warm, and authentic. I also believe in the healing power of humor and levity when appropriate. My strengths-based approach focuses on enhancing each person's unique resources and capacities. I am also trained in brainspotting (level 2), a powerful brain-body approach that can support healing from trauma, address the roots of distress, and promote emotional well-being.
