Your story is important and is not done being written. I would love to help you work through the parts of your story that maybe causing issues in your current life. I have been told I am not a traditional therapist. However, I am a goal-oriented therapist. Which means I want my clients to be working towards something, whatever it maybe. I believe in the mind body connection and how stored emotions effect our body, which ultimately impacts our quality of life. My goal is to help each person find their solutions so that they can live fully and continue writing the next chapter of their story.
