All of us at times need help making sense of transitions, losses, trauma. To arrive at self-understanding, having a compassionate listener can be greatly beneficial. Using the lenses of somatic therapy and deep listening, I am a skillful guide through life changing events, and a reflective witness to change. I work somatically and psychodynamically to diagnose and begin a course of treatment. Treatment can be brief, focused on a solution to a specific problem. Alternatively, treatment can be an in-depth process of listening together to the new Self emerging: respecting, defining, amplifying this new voice.
