Sometimes life is more difficult than we imagine. Anxiety, depression, relational struggles, trauma, losing a job or a loved one can cause us to become stuck. Engaging in a therapeutic relationship can be a vital step toward healing. I have a heart for walking with people in all walks of their journey and especially those navigating a life crisis.
