The most important relationship we will ever have is the one with ourself. Some clients know what they want to work on, and other times we discover patterns in emotions, behaviors & relationships that take us where we need to go. Many clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, relational trauma, trust issues, low self-esteem, perfectionism, & shame. Others seek support with life transitions, stress management, work/life balance & career transitions. And often, these difficulties can be traced back to childhood or traumatic life experiences, and the self-limiting and negative core beliefs they can create for us. I help clients to identify their areas of struggle & concern, as well as their personal values, so that treatment, supports and resources can be matched to the client's unique needs and strengths.
