I work with adults who are looking to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded in daily life. Many of my clients are navigating transitions, feeling emotionally stuck, or seeking clarity around patterns that no longer serve them. I bring curiosity, warmth, and a collaborative approach, to help clients explore the roots of distress while building insight, self-compassion, and confidence. I'm especially passionate about supporting those managing ADHD, relational stress, and the mental load of modern adulthood.
