I am currently accepting new clients for virtual or in-person sessions at my office in midtown NYC. I welcome clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or who are navigating significant life changes. I also specialize in working with adults with ADHD, and provide training and structured support for parents of children with ADHD. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one built on curiosity and open-mindedness, and aim to show up with humor and authenticity to create a non-judgmental, empowering therapeutic space.
