If you're dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or struggling to find work-life balance, you're not alone. Life can feel pretty overwhelming, especially when you're balancing work, relationships, and that constant pressure to “have it all together.” In our sessions, we’ll work as a team to understand what’s getting in your way and create a plan that works for you. My style is humorous, empowering and affirming. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experience. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I draw from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, while also incorporating humor, warmth, and real conversation into our work together.
