My focus in therapy is to build a trusting relationship which inspires self-discovery and a greater capacity for change. I tend to use a relational style with curiosity, humor, and compassion to support people in understanding and coping with mental health symptoms, learning better communication skills in relationships, and exploring patterns and their origins. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, and particularly enjoy working with those seeking support for anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and identity development, including LGBTQ+ identities, as a queer person myself.
