I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and my Master's in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. My background includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including stress, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, women’s issues, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, self-esteem, and life transitions.
