Sometimes life can become so overwhelming that we feel stuck and are unsure where to turn next. Sometimes in order to manage this stress, we turn to coping skills or patterns that are not helpful or healthy for us in the long run. For the past 15 years, I have worked with individuals to help them build awareness of any unhelpful patterns and behaviors that have gotten in way of living in line with their values and how they want to show up in their relationships and the world around them.
