I provide therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and challenging life transitions. I understand that seeking support can feel intimidating, so I work to create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you can slow down, reflect, and be heard without judgment or pressure. My style is warm, collaborative and, grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based approaches, and incorporate my academic training in addiction studies to support individuals impacted by substance use.
