Whether you're grappling with the loss of a loved one, feeling lost in the fog of grief, or trying to make sense of the changes that dementia brings, you don't have to go through it alone. As a mental health therapist specializing in grief and loss, as well as dementia, I've walked alongside many individuals and families on their unique journeys. I also have personal experience with Alzheimer's disease as well as professional, so I've been on both sides.
