Welcome! I provide individual and couples therapy, and offer in person sessions (N. Raleigh) and virtual sessions. Some issues I commonly work with include: relationship difficulties, anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA related issues, health issues (cancer, chronic illness), academia/career stressors, perfectionism, religious/relational trauma, CPSTD, and life transitions (such as new parenthood, moving, etc). My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and I value humor in sessions.
