I have over 34 years of experience and I provide a safe, comfortable and confidential environment for you to talk about your concerns and therapy goals. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help you reach your goals, feel more connected, and have a more meaningful life. I am an EMDR provider and am completing EMDRIA certification training. I also provide a free weekly newsletter covering a mental health topic, coping skill or mindfulness practice.
