English | español Whether sitting with individuals or partners, I am here to remind you of what you already know but might have forgotten: you are enough. Many clients find their way to me because they want to work through challenges related to their identity, acculturation, sexuality, gender expression, relationship formation, and early traumas. Couples come to me to work on communication, getting out of repetitive cycles of missing each other, or just to work on their open relationship agreements. My identities as a queer, non-monogamous, sex- and kink-positive, immigrant tend to attract potential clients who share some of these positionalities. I am trained in depth psychology, and work relationally. This means I will be a whole person in the room with you (not a blank slate!). I provide a trauma-informed and nurturing talk therapy, somatic and narrative interventions, parts work, and am extensively trained in the couples work: Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method.
