Feeling stuck, exhausted, or just over it? Work shapes so much of our lives: how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we show up for our friends and family at the end of the day. I help adults and couples navigate the emotional impact of their careers, including burnout, toxic environments, workplace trauma, leadership stress, and feeling stuck in roles that no longer fit. Sometimes the issue is the workplace itself; other times it’s the deeper patterns, histories, and expectations that show up through work. While career issues are a specialty of mine, they’re only one doorway into who you are. I also support clients with identity concerns, relationships, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and the quiet internal conflicts that shape how we move through the world. My style is compassionately direct and deeply human, and I encourage joy and laughter in our sessions.
