Life often isn’t easy. Sometimes even the strongest of people need help to work through individual or couple impasses that we inevitably encounter. If you realize that you’ve gone as far as you can trying to change on your own, and your coping strategies aren’t working, then being resourced by a professional counselor is the next constructive step. I have every confidence that healing, resiliency and change is possible for those who seek it. I’m also able to integrate a Christian perspective for those on a faith-based journey. We can exclude this approach if it's not desired and apply sound clinical interventions with warmth.
