Hi there, I'm Laura! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, California, with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I am a bilingual and bicultural therapist and speak fluent Spanish. I work with adult men and women, specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, and substance use/misuse, using a variety of treatment modalities, including mindfulness.
