I believe that our work together can help you achieve positive and meaningful change in the quality of your life. Psychotherapy can provide healing from traditional mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression or compulsive behaviors, but is also a powerful tool for growth as we face the many transitions and challenges in our lives. Some of my special interests include: Health Psychology (cancer chronic illness, disability) Relationship Issues, Grief (death, divorce, loss of job) and Spiritual Issues.
