My goal is to help people achieve a state of feeling less plagued by anxiety and depression, calmer, less plagued by negative thinking, less triggered, less encumbered by overwhelming emotions and more hopeful of achieving their dreams. I accept insurance through Headway Behavioral Health. I can send you a link from Headway to schedule an initial consultation using your insurance or cash pay. I do not provide free consultations. For cash clients, initial consultations are 20 minutes for a fee of $50.
