I chose the name Growing Grounded Therapies, PLLC to help clients realize and stay true to their values as they navigate life's challenges. I specialize in supporting children (7+), adolescents, and adults to navigate ADHD (I am an ADHD-Clinical Services Provider.), anxiety, Autism, perfectionism and gender identity journeys. As a former Big Ten collegiate athlete & captain, I also specialize in supporting athletes, high performers, and individuals navigating competitive environments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based—honoring each individual’s story while providing evidence-based strategies for growth. I utilize a values-driven, strengths-based therapeutic approach, integrating neuroscientific principles to inform treatment and enhance resilience, regulation, and skill development. I utilize evidence-based practices including Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB).
