I have 16+ years of experience working with different mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships problems, and Christian counseling. Certified in Mental Health & Nutrition. My therapy is two-fold: addressing surface symptoms and deeper issues. I help with practical skills for daily life, while also exploring how past wounds shape present reactions. This process helps release unhelpful patterns, emotions, and thoughts that once protected but now harm. If desired, I integrate Christian principles with psychological insight.
