Thank you for visiting my profile! I have been working with clients as a therapist for the past 7 years. During this time, I have helped many clients feel better in their lives. I’m privileged to help individuals who feel stuck in cycles of trauma and disconnection find balance, healing, and a stronger sense of self. I utilize evidence-based practice to help clients navigate challenging relationships, personal barriers or better cope with mental health symptoms. I have a background in substance use treatment. I utilize techniques from Narrative therapy, EMDR and IFS. I'm passionate about helping clients change negative family cycles, develop healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their creativity as they better handle life's challenges.
