I believe that it takes courage for a person to reach out for support and that the first steps for counseling support can be difficult. When one makes this leap of faith, I believe they are passionate and should be encouraged to learn, grow, and heal. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space so that the therapeutic relationship can be nurtured. I believe in a collaborative process and abide by confidentiality rules and ethics. I believe all my clients are resilient, capable, and have inner strength to make positive changes, and look forward to taking this journey with them. I am a certified drug and alcohol counselor and can support the client and family through the recovery process. I have worked with teenagers and adults to address the challenges they face and eliminate barriers to success.
