My focus is primarily on helping adults and seniors transition through life’s changes. Balance. Communication. Boundaries. Three simple words that are not that simple to implement in our lives. At ReCentered Therapy we believe in maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment. As a clinician, I value looking at a client as a whole person. I find utilizing your strengths, while looking at the systems in which you live is the key to successful treatment. Throughout our relationship we will examine the systems in which you live to learn together how to find balance, establish healthy communication and set boundaries.
