I believe in an individualized approach to therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities to address issues as a direct impact on the whole system - mind, Clients can expect to go over completed questionnaires and their symptom presentation that is currently impacting their life in initial session(s). We will go over any short and long-term goals the client has for therapy, and/or begin to parse out goals that may be unclear. We will collaborate and focus on what is important to you in this phase of your life.
