About
If you're recovering from trauma there are new therapy approaches available to help. You will not have to talk through all the details of what happened to you, to begin healing. A process called Deep Brain Reorienting can allow your body to release residual shock symptoms that may have been held inside for a long time. This therapy is informed by the neuroscience of how our brains and emotions respond to threat. Research shows the effectiveness of DBR for reducing PTSD symptoms. It is also an excellent treatment for dissociative conditions.
