Hi! Glad you found me. I am currently taking new clients for EMDR intensives only; waitlist for weekly therapy. Anger, depression, anxiety, grief, outbursts, self-doubt, self-sabotage, hyper-vigilance, relationship concerns... these can all be symptoms of complex trauma. If you feel like you've tried everything and are still struggling, let's talk. Intensives are hard work and will require you to be ready to dive in. But the end results are worth it.
