As a partner in therapy, I bring energy and optimism to whatever challenges my clients are facing, believing that they are the expert in their life's journey and helping them shine a light on their next step. I particularly enjoy working with children, teens, and families to reach the goals that they set out for themselves and I take care to tailor the treatment to accommodate individual needs and preferences. As a mother of two (teen and pre-teen), and a homeschool mom, I understand the importance of finding the right fit for your family and welcome you to discuss your needs. I am experienced working with mood disorders, behavioral issues, trauma and learning difficulties. I use a eclectic therapeutic approach that is based on the client’s needs, which may include CBT, IFS, solution-focused brief therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, art and play therapy, and DBT.
