Are fear and anxiety stealing your (or your child's) joy? Would you like to help yourself (or your child) learn how to relax? I would be honored to help! My passion is to empower children, adolescents, and adults through building on existing strengths and developing coping strategies to change thinking and behavioral patterns that contribute to excessive worry or anxiety. I specialize in treating trauma across the lifespan and parent/child relationship/attachment concerns. I have been working with foster and adoptive children, teens, and their families since 2003 and have extensive training with this unique population.
