I’m here to walk alongside you—supporting, empowering, and encouraging you as you take steps toward meaningful, lasting change. Healing is not linear, and it often begins with one courageous decision: to reach out. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I use a strengths-based lens and draw from a variety of evidence-based practices including DBT and CBT.
