I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, teens, adults, families, and couples so that a trusting relationship can be the foundation of positive change and growth in therapy. I have more than 20 years of experience with helping clients of all ages learn to successfully cope with life's challenges. Whether change is expected or unexpected; stress and anxiety, sometimes trauma and depression, can accompany the change, and we feel overwhelmed . I aim to instill hope by getting to know you and your strengths, hearing your story, and finding the path with you that leads to positive changes in your daily life.
