Whether you are grappling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, or beyond, you are not alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and would be honored to work with you. For many, therapy can provide a safe space to unpack and explore your feelings, experiences, thoughts, and fears while aligning with your values, goals and hopes to become more present, connected and fulfilled in your life. The relationship is key to this process and I strive to understand you, your identity, and your background. I utilize evidence based practices including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Informed Care, and Harm Reduction. I work to ensure that individuals feel supported and empowered while holding safe space for self-reflection, guidance, connection, validation, self-awareness, and self-determination.
