Does the world feel exceedingly difficult right now? Do things feel out of your control, and you find yourself navigating intrusive thoughts, high anxiety, and feel depressed? Are you wanting to make a change, feel stuck, or are in the midst of big life changes? Are you wanting support for yourself or someone in your family? My name is Laura, and I’ve been providing therapeutic services to parents, teens, young children and families for over the last decade. I especially love working with parents (and families!) navigating the complexities of parenthood, breaking cycles, raising littles and finding yourself in the midst of it all.
