Hello! My name is Laura O'Connor, an experienced licensed clinical social worker. I offer 30 plus years of experience working with a wide variety of mental health conditions including substance use, eating, mood, anxiety and adjustment disorders. I also have experience working with couples. I think of therapy as an opportunity for improving quality of life in a supportive theraputic relationship. My approach is to nuture, challenge (when appropriate), support and educate. I draw from many different theraputic modalities, with a focus on using my experience to know what is helpful in reaching theraputic goals.
