Not taking on new clients at this time: Working in Mental Health for over 25 years, I have compassionately helped people through the challenges in their lives. Initially trained by Cornell Master Clinicians, followed by post-graduate Institute training, my Specialty Areas include the following: Anxiety, Depression, Loss, Navigating Family Problems, Life Transitions, Therapy for Family Members of Substance Abusers, and expertise in helping Healthcare/ Wellness Professionals. I am also adept at working with people who have been in therapy before and need to return because of new challenges and/or old issues resurfacing. My approach is personable and thoughtful. I will work with you to help decrease the distressing symptoms and circumstances you are experiencing, while also addressing the underlying source(s) of your problems. The goal is to feel better and make changes that will enhance your life.
