I would be honored to partner with you in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space so that we can work together toward your goals. These might include quieting the critical mind, recognizing and adapting patterns that bring you pain, decreasing anxiety, or healing relationships with the self or others. Within each of us there is a healed and healing self we can call upon in times of suffering. Sometimes this part of ourselves has been buried under layers of fear and pain. Finding and trusting this self is the work of therapy.
