Having a safe place to process thoughts and feelings is important. Whether you have experienced trauma, have been feeling depressed or anxious, are struggling with a relationship, making life transitions, or are seeking to gain self-awareness, I would be honored to work with you to create that space of healing and growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my MA from Denver Seminary. I believe that empathy and compassion are essential in the therapeutic relationship and have found that progress is best achieved when integrating both the heart and the mind.
